National Lottery Community Grant Award for the "Stepping Stones" Project January 2023

We have been awarded £10,000 towards Setting up a new project Called Stepping Stones.

We are in the process of setting up a educational Training trial For our residents in Mansfield and Ashfield to gain Accredited vocational qualifications whilst living in our accommodation. Launch date April 2023.

Transitions Housing Solutions CIC are awarded a place on another Nottingham City Council Framework.

Transitions were awarded a place on the Nottingham City Council Framework for providing Supported Accommodation for homeless single adults 18+ in December 2022.

Funding From The Rough Sleeper Initiative Dec 2022

We have been awarded Funding From Nottingham City Council from the RSI Funding. This is to Provide a 8 -10 Bed spaces and a FTE Support Worker to provide supported housing Primarily for people with an entrenched history of Rough Sleeping who are at risk of Multiple Severe Disadvantages .
