We are seeking a motivated and committed Cleaner to ensure that our properties remain clean and tidy, prolonging their usability.
Main duties
- Cleaning and sanitising assigned areas (e.g. vacant HMO bedrooms, communal spaces, bathrooms, and office spaces).
- Sweep/hoover and mop floors
- Empty bins and replace bin bags
- Dust and wipe down surfaces
- Clean windows and mirrors
- Restock cleaning supplies as needed
- Carpet cleaning
- Following established cleaning protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and sanitary environment
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Not an exhaustive list of tasks.
Experience
- Experience servicing HMO properties (strongly preferred)
- Previous cleaning experience in similar environments
Essential
! MUST DRIVE & HAVE ACCESS TO OWN CAR
- Own vehicle must be insured with business insurance
- Ideally on DBS update service (to start immediately)
- Willingness to travel to our properties across Nottinghamshire: Nottingham, Mansfield, Woodhouse, Ashfield (mileage paid).
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, lift and clean for extended periods.
- Reliable, with a strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail.
- Teamwork skills, plus ability to work independently when required.
- Time management and reporting of work completed.
Desirable
- COSHH training (but not essential).
2-3 Days a week, no less than 20 hours per week.
